Shipping Charges

Shipping cost depends on a product's weight and your location. We offer several shipping options at different prices. Our webstore's shipping selection screen displays all available options during checkout, typical transit times and the prices. To see the shipping charges to your specific location, put the items you want to buy in your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. Exact shipping charges are calculated and shown after you have entered your address information and before you submit your order.

Shipping Times 

Shipping transit times depend on several factors:

  • Your location = the delivery address
  • The location from which the product is shipped
  • The selected shipping method

For economy shipping transit times are typically 3...5 business days if you are located in the U.S., South Korea, China, Europe, and 4...7 business days, if you are located outside of these Regional.

Economy oversea shipments are made by DHL. We will shipped the board to you by DHL defaultly, And we will send the tracking number to you after we shipped the  board to you. You can check the status in the follow website: www.dhl.com

If you need use the other transport companies to ship the board, such as the EMS, UPS, and so on, please tell me when you buy the board.

Product Availability and Leadtimes 

Please note, that while many of our products are in stock (or available ex-stock), some higher-priced items are built only upon order and carry leadtimes from 1-2 days to up to 2 weeks. This leadtime is in addition to any shipping transit times. For your information, we have listed availability and leadtimes on each product's information page on this website.

Custom Import Duties 

Products may either be shipped to you directly from the warehouse of the manufacturer of the product or from MicroController Pros' warehouse. We work with manufacturers located across North America, Europe and Asia to offer you the best product selection.

Each of our product pages shows the country of origin (where the product is shipped from) for your reference.

Please note, that for shipments that do not originate in your home country, custom import duties may be payable. Custom import duties are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility where applicable. For U.S. residents personal shipments from overseas worth up to $200, will pass duty-free as long as the recipient does not receive multiple packages in a single day whose cumulative value is more than this amount. Higher value items may be duty free, if they fall into special dutyexcempt categories (most electronic shipments from Europe to U.S. for example are duty free). 

If you live for example in Europe and you order a product that ships from the U.S., then in all likelihood your state's customs will assess sales tax or value added tax to your package, which you will have to pay to the carrier upon delivery of the package to you.

As we do not know the duty/tax rates for each and every country, we suggest you contact your country's customs authoritiesto find out details about the charges to be expected.

Carriers like DHL, and UPS often charge you a customs clearance fee, which is in the range of $25 and up (regardless of whether the item is dutiable or not). Payment of this fee is also your responsibility - it is not part of the shipping charges. Express Mail Service (postal service) on the other hand does in most countries not charge any additional clearance fees, is generally cheaper and almost as fast. However, its speed & reliability depends on the quality of the postal service in your country, as delivery to your address is handled by your country's postal service in most cases. If you live in a country with flaky postal service, expect long delivery times.

Product Returns 

Your total satisfaction with your purchased products is our goal. Therefore you may return most items (for some exceptions, see below) sold by CoreWind within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, unless you received a defective or incorrect item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Any software product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Semiconductor chips, which are not part of an assembled board, e.g. programmable microcontrollers that were purchased as a separate item
Any item that is not returned in an "as-new" condition, e.g. is damaged due to abuse or shipment, or is missing any parts.

Before sending back any item please contact us by email (support@armdevs.com)or by calling +86-755-29638421 in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. No returns will be accepted without RMA number. Please provide the following information when contacting us:

Item number, Product Description
Reason for return: defective, incorrect item, item does not meet expectations
Your order number/invoice number
